The purpose of this book is to give collectors an opportunity to view some of the oldest and rarest examples of foreign manufactured automatic knives ever compiled to date. I specifically chose knives which are no longer in production, the majority of which are in original condition.
This book contains over 230 beautifully depicted color photographs of an era of craftsmanship which set the standard for manufactured automatic knives over the last century. The book is divided into four main countries of origin. Spain, France, Germany, Italy, and a miscellaneous section at the back of the book. Below each photo is a description of the overall length, handle and bolster material, tang stamp and other pertinent information pertaining to each knife. This is not a price guide.
